The Florence hotel was great for us, I believe we had one of the best rooms- overlooking the Arno, and two exposures, was bright and like sleeping in a cloud! The tour you arranged was excellent; our guide was just the type of guide we appreciate - a historian, very knowledgeable about the art, architecture and politics that shaped the centuries old beautiful Florence.
